As a long-time production partner of Daimler, we were proud to produce their brand launch content when they became Daimler Truck North America. As a first step, we created the fully live action “Purpose” videos as a brand anthem, which debuted during a Portland Trail Blazers game and is part of a long-running TV and digital campaign.
In a more technical video, we next teamed up on the Level 4 Autonomous Freightliner Cascadia video, featuring footage shot on the factory floor and beautiful 3D visualizations of the truck’s features.

As longtime partners of Daimler Truck North America, we were excited when they approached us to produce a video showing how they are leading sustainable transportation for all who keep the world moving. They are moving at the speed of right.
Utilizing a mixture of previously-produced shots, stock footage, and 3D visualizations produced by Deep Sky, our team edited this incredibly moving brand anthem.
Daimler Trucks North America’s Electric Mobility Group sets the standard for reducing emissions and charting a sustainable future. To communicate this, we produced this inspiring video aimed at creating an emotional resonance with their audience. We filmed, edited, and mixed all audio in this piece.
We partnered with Daimler Trucks North America to produce this live action brand-defining video to usher in the next generation of the company. Combining existing footage we shot for previous projects with DTNA with unique footage we shot for this video specifically, we worked with our partners from pre-production to editorial and post-production to create a video to accompany their debut as an independent brand. The video premiered at a Portland Trail Blazers game at the Moda Center in late 2021.
In order to demonstrate the capabilities of the Level 4 Autonomous Freightliner Cascadia, we visited DTNA’s facility to shoot live action footage on the floor with their Director of Engineering, Suman Narayanan. We also captured footage of the truck driving out in the field.
To help viewers comprehend how the truck works, we created stylized 3D renders of the truck’s inner parts, showing the braking, steering, low-voltage power net system and communication network. These were created utilizing CAD models of the truck provided by our partners.
