Thermo Fisher Scientific's machines are performing tasks and providing microscopic detail that no other company can. And we're bringing the cutting-edge technology into reality for the world to see, creating high-fidelity 3D models, beautiful environments, and sleek animation. As an ongoing partner, we're continually discovering news ways to visualize their groundbreaking technology.
We’ve been partnering with Thermo Fisher Scientific for a few years to visualize the detail and specificity of their microscopes, including the Axia ChemiSEM, Centrios HX, and Arctic Cryo-FIB.

You may have heard about semiconductors in the news. Why are these devices so important? What do they have to do with China and Taiwan? Maybe even, what is a semiconductor?
We teamed up with the industry-leading company Thermo Fisher Scientific to visualize how they are supporting the semiconductor sector’s innovation to create unprecedented demand for higher performing technological devices.
This video uses 3D animation and product visualization of not only semiconductors themselves, but the automation, connectivity, accuracy and reliability, and global service and support required to solve today’s most pressing demands and be prepared for the future.
The Arctis Cryo-FIB is visualizing the inside of cells like no other instrument. We teamed up with Thermo Fisher Scientific to produce a 3D animation that takes these microscopic details and brings them to light for viewers.
During script development, we advised unique ways we could visualize their products down to microscopic details. A video this complex requires shared video calls with engineers going over CAD models and executing concepts.
While scripts are under approval, we produce rendered frames of key scenes for feedback, and once storyboards are approved, we roughly animate each sequence with recorded voiceover to dial in the duration and flow. When revisions are dialed in, we begin refining animation and getting into the details of the motion. After 2-3 months of collaboration, all scenes are ready to be fully rendered and composited.
Thermo Fisher Scientific is always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. In the Centrios HX video, we used 3D animation to show the detail at which this instrument is performing chip editing.
We created several unique scenes for this video, some showing a 3D model of the instrument as seen with the naked eye and some showing the miscroscopic rapid prototyping, debug, and repair of chips.
